Bauhaus Art style posterby ~mtvenar

This poster was created to demonstrate the German Bauhaus style. Included is basic information, like era, location,

and design style founder. Every element is tightly aligned on a grid, 20 degrees rotated, and 90 degrees to each

other, in typical Bauhaus style. Red, black, and faded tan are the three main colors typically utilized in Bauhaus

design.

Bauhaus not only influenced graphic design, but was heavily focused on architecture. To this day, Tel Aviv, Israel

contains the largest number of Bauhaus influenced buildings. This style can be considered similar to Constructivism

as well, with its geometric shapes and mathematic precision.
